• Published Vault X on the Microsoft Store: an offline, encrypted file vault for Windows, taken from first commit through MSIX packaging and store certification.
• Built Pari Designs, a live design marketplace on Razorpay with a verified payment → download-token → email delivery chain.
• Wrote a fully offline ECDSA licensing system with hardware-bound keys, signed update manifests and no licence server, backed by 23 automated tests.
• Built local-first AI tooling: Veldora runs Whisper, NLLB and pyannote on the user's own GPU, with no upload and no render queue.
• Own the full lifecycle solo (engineering, licensing, landing pages, pricing, release and support), working AI-first with Claude Code throughout.
