Seven of them so far: a file vault, a disk analyser, an AI video editor, and the production tool that jersey factories run their orders on. They all work offline, on your own machine, because none of them need a server to do the job. I also built Pari Designs, a design marketplace that takes real payments. By day I'm an Unreal Engine artist in virtual production at Liminal AR VR.
The first thing I ever shipped was Jersey Factory Pro, and it taught me the only lesson that has mattered since. A jersey factory was retyping two hundred names by hand for a single team order, resizing each one by eye, and finding the mistakes at the printer. The software to fix that did not need to be clever. It needed to exist, and it needed to run on the machine already sitting in the office. Manufacturers run their production on it today.
There is a straight line through everything after it, and I did not plan it. Vault X encrypts your files on your own disk. DiskScope reads your drive without sending a byte anywhere. Veldora runs Whisper and a language model on your own GPU, so three hours of footage never leaves the room. DevStation records your project's history and keeps all of it local. I did not set out to have a principle. I just kept refusing to build the version that uploads.
The other half of the answer is how fast that becomes possible now. I work almost entirely with AI-assisted development, Claude Code day in and day out, which is why one person can carry seven Windows apps from idea to installer. It is not a shortcut past the hard parts. Licensing, crypto, packaging and Windows certification still take exactly as long as they take. It just means none of my time goes on the parts that were never the problem.
By day I'm an Unreal Engine artist at Liminal AR VR in Mumbai: real-time environments for virtual production and XR, in-camera VFX, motion capture, photogrammetry. I helped plan and stand up IICT's Virtual Production Studio, and I build internal prototypes there with the same AI-first workflow.
The two halves feed each other. Virtual production is a pipeline problem long before it's an art problem, and almost everything I know about shipping software I learned watching production crews work around tools that almost fit.
The clearest example is Pulse Studio. I run a music project, Suthar Records, and I needed videos that looked deliberate in three formats without paying for three edits. So I built the tool. That is more or less the whole method: do the work, notice the part you are doing by hand, build the machine that does it.
