Problem
A jersey factory taking a team order does the same thing for every single kit: retype the name, resize it by eye, centre the number, export the file, then repeat it two hundred times. One order is a full day of fighting design software, and every manual step is a chance to send the wrong name to a printer that has already been paid for.
Solution
Drop in a spreadsheet of names, numbers and sizes. Jersey Factory Pro maps every row onto the kit (front, back, sleeves and shorts at once) with smart scaling that auto-fits long names to the back panel and keeps numbers balanced across every size. One click exports the entire order as print-ready files, correctly named and organised, with the right sizing and bleed for a sublimation or DTF workflow.
Architecture
A standalone Windows application. CorelDRAW is not required and not in the loop. JFP generates the production files itself, which is the entire point.
Outcome
Shipped at v1.5 on a subscription licence. Sportswear manufacturers and teamwear brands run their production on it, MaxMillers Sports India, Aarambh Sports, Juno Sports and VSP Sports among them. Deliberately frozen now: JerseyFactory-DTF is the successor.
